WARRANTY

All native plants come with a 1-year replacement warranty. Shop with confidence.

Our replacement policy is a one-time replacement policy up to a full year after purchasing your native plants. 

Please note: Plants that are planted after the last week in February are not expected to grow/sprout until the following spring.

ISSUES ON ARRIVAL

If you find an issue with your plants upon arrival (wrong species, moldy, incorrect quantity), please notify us within 3 days to correct the issue. 

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Plants that are destroyed by wildlife, fire, or neglect.

We can not guarantee plants that are planted in a non-recommended USDA planting zone

SHIPPING

All native plants are shipped via USPS. We ship to the address the customer provides when placing the order. We can ship ONLY to the address you provide us. If you enter the incorrect address we MUST charge a fee to ship the order again if sent to the wrong address the first time. NO EXCEPTIONS.
